You know how sometimes people on your friendslist post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think "Wait a minute? Since when were they working THERE? Since when were they dating HIM/HER? Since when?" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you should already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

In other news, exams went well!
Introduction to Professional Engineering: 78%. Big arse project was worth 60%; ours was 90-odd pages and 27 000 words long. Ugh.
Calculus and Probability & Statistics: 73%
Engineering Mechanics: 84%
So two distinctions and a high distinction. :3 How was everyone's?

Figured I might update this. Hi everyone. How are you all going?
Still working retail at Planet. People say the clerks who work there have "Planetude", but with some of the customers we get, it's not hard to understand why we get tetchy sometimes. Utter wankers, some of them. Though, tax return came in today. 900 dollars, hooray. :D Looking to invest in some shares, maybe.
Uni stuff is kindasorta been sorted out, so expect to see me trundling around UWA next year. Watching too many DVDs and playing too many games as they are free. Now a red belt in kung fu, so new forms and techniques are new. And hard. And I have to do sparring, which, haha, will be fun to watch considering I keep accidentally hurting people when I'm not trying to hit them. Er.
Working on cosplays eversoslowly. I am a lazy thing at best. I also talk in disjointed sentences when I'm tired,( so here, have that drawing meme by that Nyu person everyone seems to be doing. )

Why is my internets not working? WHY? D:
Über quick update, since I don't know when it'll stuff up again:
Stylus is back, which is sunshine, lollipops and rainbows. Having only one last proper shift with Vicky, who won't shut up about her goddamn grandkids is also spiffy.
Movie plans this weekend don't seem to be go, as everyone's busy. D: Ho-hum. Milne, give me a ring if/when you read this.
And hi Carrie, good t'see you're back. :3

Mixed feelings right now. I'm tired out from kung fu, and not usually prone to teh emo, so I'll dot-point it for everyone's convenience.
The Good:
• Got a job at Planet Video - arguably the best video store in Perth.
• Have the number of a guy involved with animatronics-type things, so I'll have a chat with him
• Found Darker than Black, which is really rather awesome. Watch it, myes. :3
The Bad:
• Bad Art Week. Well, not exactly art slump, but external things. Like my stylus breaking. Also, I just got a note from PenCafé - Perth's manga drawing club - stating that due to member restrictions, I was not one of the 6/14 to be allowed in. Well, at least until they (possibly) get a bigger room. And I was quite looking forward to going again, too.
• A displaced sense of guilt for quitting my job? Silly, I know, since I don't even like pot pourri and kitsch. :<

Um. Hi guys. :D; So, the last time I put something on here was - er, just over a month ago! That ain't too bad. Kinda. Sorta. Not really. XD;
Stuff's happened between then and now. Got my school results back - (98.35 TER, if anyone wants to know. Er, so roughly in the top 2% of the state for those not familiar with the system) and Uni offers come out Wednesday. It looks like I'm doing mechatronic engineering, folks. |D;
I've also got me a job; it's at a home and gift store, where 65% of the customers are 50+. I get paid $10.31 an hour and I have to actually find stuff to do most of the time. Yey~ <3
Erm, other than that? I'm getting half-crowns tomorrow, which is going a bundle of never-ending fun, I can tell.
So, yes, aforementioned meme(s - sorry Jess, I don't have any more habits/weird things about me that I could list. D:)

Allo folks. It's been a while since I put something here, so here I go. :D
TEE was fine - physics was a little weird, but meh, we'll see. Find out the results (As well as our rank) around Boxing Day. What a great Christmas gift. D:

So all in all, very, very fun. Even got a black eye! (Which, by the way, I think is rather awesome.)
Speech night was boring as hell, especially since you couldn't hear the speeches all that well from the stage. I got, for my 'You did well but not quite good enough' award a phrase and fable dictionary. HOWEVER DID THEY KNOW I AM WORD GEEK? XD
Hah.
Oh yeah, guys. I'm working on something for the anime convention next weekend. I've got a WIP up on dev and any concrit would be much appreciated. Cheers.

1. I have never broken a bone, twisted an ankle or anything of that ilk, nor have I ever been hospitalised.
2. I wet the bed until age eleven.
3. My first crush was on a boy in year six. Who had really big eyes. This may have been the beginning of an obsession.

Why, hallo thar. Yes, I am alive, against all other indications. I felt obliged to say as much, what with my last post being about accordians, it necessitated something perhaps a little less ... wossaword. Perculiar? Nyeh, Stef, you can fill that blank.
School is being stupid and bad and boring and stressed and WHY AM I ALWAYS SICK FOR ORAL EXAMS? Frick. At the very least, I managed to get through without coughing up some particularly interestingly coloured phlegm. And that is a really fun word to type. Phlegm. Phleeegm.
I have discovered Avatar. Many of the characters can have my babies. ♥
I think I had at least something mildly interesting to put here, but that's been forgotten. Blast!

Tonight, children, I am going to spread the love of one of the most under-appreciated instruments about. Now, don't be hasty in dismissing it. You may not know, but it is, aside from humans, something that spontaneously combusts and all SO YOU HAVE TO BE NICE TO THEM.

Today has been an eventful day.
Firstly, today is free dress day, and since it is the end of humanities week we could dress as anything relating to or of history, politics, economics or geography. Lois went as a beatnik (sp?), Illi was wearing parts of her Urahara outfit, and I as Biggles. I might put a picture up later. >_>;
Band was not good today, that was for certain. The trumpets were being prats the lot of them, and there's serious talk of dissolving it. Not good. D8!
And then, in house meeting I got a Toblerone for being one of the four best dressed in the house. And everyone did this, erm, 'Awe (rhyming with corr), Em, awesome' thing. Kinda scary.
In period four, though, after debating (in which my house won in all years except 11 >D), the principal announced that she was giving out academic pockets. To get one you had to have acheived 15 As in 1st and 2nd semester last year, and first this year, and had not have gotten anything lower than a B. I was one of seven-ish to get one. What the frug. I'd thought about it, but never honestly expected to get one. o.O;;
Humm, band again after school. Hopefully not so depressing though. XD;
HO YEAH. BRACES OFF TUESDAY. 8DDDD I VILL HAFF ALL OF MY TEEF IN MY MOUTH FOR THE FIRTHT TIME IN ABOUT THEVEN YEARS. 8D Heee. Hah! I beat you, foul genes! I'll show you for not giving me any adult eye-teeth! >D
